› 2) How do I view my reservation? Use this link to view, modify, or cancel your reservation.
› 3) Are your hotel rates per room or per person? The rates charged are per room although the cost may differ slightly for single, double and triple occupancy.
› 4) Which rooms have the best view? All the rooms of the Kaliviani Traditional Hotel are situated on the same floor and offers panoramic sea views to the gulf of Kissamos.
› 5) Do you serve breakfast? Our sumptuous Greek breakfast, fresh and delicious, is served daily at our restaurant in Kaliviani from 08.30 a.m. until 11.00 a.m.
› 6) What is check in/check out time?. Check in time is at 14.00' and check out is at 12.00'.

In case you reach the hotel earlier we will do our best to give you the room before 14.00, however that depends on the time that the previous guests will leave the room earlier or not but we will know it not before their departure.

In case you would like to leave the room later than 12.00 we will try to offer you later check out but that depends as well on the arrival time of the next guests so we will be able to know that at your departure date.

Obviously, we cannot guarantee for early check in or late check out. In every occasion, we can store your suitcases while you will enjoy a coffee in our bar-restaurant or your walk in the sightseeing of Kissamos area.
› 7) What is your cancellation/payment policy? In order to confirm a reservation, advance payment (deposit) is not required.

In case of an on-time cancellation of your stay there are no cancellation fees.
If you inform Kaliviani hotel in less than 14 days you will be charged the 70% of the full amount of your stay.
In case that you do not arrive at the hotel (non show) or you cancel your reservation at your arrival day or ask for a departure prior your check-out day, unfortunately we will charge you the full amount of your stay.
Please note that the cancellations by the phone are not acceptable. The cancellations should be made directly to our hotel through e-mail or fax. In case the reservation has been made through intermediate (online reservation or travel agency) the cancellations should be made as well through it, having a written confirmation from the hotel.
If your reservation is PrePaid and/or Non Refundable the full amount of the accommodation cost will be charged at the time of the booking and no cancellation is possible.
› 8) Does my room reservation require any guarantee? All room reservations at Kaliviani hotel require a credit card guarantee.
› 9) Is my ID/passport required at check in? We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.
› 10) I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this? You must go through the booking agent/website that you went through in order to change your reservation.
› 11) How much do you charge for wi-fi internet access? We offer complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access in all guest rooms and public spaces.
› 12) Is there a safety deposit box available at the hotel? There is a safety deposit box in every guest room.They are available free of charge.
› 13) How big are the Kaliviani Traditional Hotel rooms? Every room type has different average size. Substantially, this specific factor is the basic criterion that distinguishes the room types.

The Double Rooms are approximately 26 square meters.

The Quadruple Rooms are approximately 38 square meters.
› 14) Do Kaliviani rooms have double or twin beds? All room types of the Kaliviani Traditional Hotel has double queen-size beds or two single beds and one double queen-size bed.

The Double rooms are the unique exception having only double queen-size beds.

The Quadruple rooms have one double queen-size bed and two single beds.
› 15) Do you have accessible rooms? Unfortunatelly our hotel does not have accessible rooms. All of our rooms are located on the first floor and you have to use the stairs to reach them.
› 16) Do you have a swimming pool? No, we do not have a swimming pool at the hotel. Guests who wish to go for a swim, the nearest beach refrain 900 metres from the hotel or you can ask at the reception for information about other nearby beaches or pools and our staff will be more than happy to inform you about all the beaches of west Crete.
› 17) Travelling with a baby. Are there special beds? First of all, congratulations for the new member of your family, we love babies and ours just born a few months ago, we will be more than happy to place, free of charge, a baby cot for infants under 2 years old.
All the rooms types can host one baby cot (on request).
› 18) Haven't decided yet! Could you hold a room for me? Due to the limited number of the rooms, we regret to inform you that we cannot hold a room without confirming the reservation.
